Event Description
How to get involved:
1) Have a garden installed in your yard. ($125 = 4X8 foot raised bed with organ
ic soil)
2) Help us install gardens throughout the city.
3) Donate to have someone less fortunate install a garden. (For $125 someone less fortunate can have a garden installed in their yard)
Saturday May 28th, 2011:
9AM Kick-Off at the Urban Ecology Center, Riverside Park, 1500 E. Park Place, Milwaukee, WI 53211 (Pre-register to volunteer)
10AM Teams divide up throughout Milwaukee and surrounding areas to install Victory Gardens
6PM Party and potluck to celebrate the success of the day.

:) We are a team! go sign up on the vgi website to be on the TM team. http://www.victorygardeninitiative.org/ we are going ot help City Berries build and plnat 3 strawberrie beds and then build 4-6 more beds for Neighbors at Concordia Gardens.
