Event Description

Are you interested in learning basic cooking techniques or figuring out how to plan meals and cook more efficiently? Trained chef & local food enthusiast Annie Wegner LeFort will discuss basic kitchen tools, how to stock your pantry and what it means to cook from scratch, among other topics. Come ready to contribute and ask questions.

This is the first in a series of new basic cooking classes & a good way to start a New Year full of home-cooked meals of local foods.
