Sturgeon Fest: Celebrate the Return of the Sturgeon!

Celebrate, with Riveredge, the return of the sturgeon to the Milwaukee River at Sturgeon Fest! Sponsor and release your own sturgeon in the Milwaukee River. This is a family event with special children’s activities, a live reptile and animal educational display, presenters, an art fair and other special activities. Food will be available throughout the event. New this year! Local art and craft fair! Visit www.riveredge.us to learn more about the Sturgeon Release Project and what Riveredge, the DNR and other contributors are doing to help this fish survive! Release your own sturgeon for $5 each. Children’s activities are free.
