Now that you’ve learned how to preserve the local bounty, how will you use your home-canned, dried, or frozen goods? Master Food Preserver Annie Wegner LeFort will share and demonstrate creative ways to use these homemade products in appetizers, entrees, and desserts to complement your holiday meals. Come and learn how to get more out of the flavors of the season. Samples will be provided. (This class complements the Food Preservation Class series although those courses are not a prerequisite.)
