The way in which Transition Milwaukee connects with the community is important. This group is about the tools TM uses for outreach, which include: graphic design (logos, posters, flyers), presentations (ppt, lectures), and exhibiting at events.

Re: Speaking/presentation engagements during winter months.
There is a winter farmers market at State Fair Park. I know their directer is looking for people to sign up and have informational booths. Her name is Deb Deacon, but I don't have her contact info on me. It's in the Fall harvest guide. I think that's what that publication is called...
