Excellent Climate change and Stormwater lecture regarding Wisconsin's coastal communities

On the morning of July 22nd (please note the date) David Liebel gave a lecture at Johnson Foundation's Wingspread in Racine. This 60 minute presentation on Climate Change and Stormwater is a perfect way for members of the water group to gain a deeper understanding of these complicated subjects. We in Transition as we brainstorm on how we can participate in water management need to understand what UW Cooperative Extension is thinking. UW will eventually give advice to municipalities. Because of budget limitations we will not be doing multimillion dollar projects. As we brainstorm with our possible new interns we need to be grounded in the knowledge of this UW extension and the state climatologists
