I have people skills, am a novice gardener, understand and practice aromatherapy and know a little about herbs.
Which topics within Transition most interest you, and what are you most interested in getting out of your involvement in the Transition Movement?
all topics are interesting, but would like to participate in community composting, gardening and wind/solar energy

Location: Bay View Library

Time: 6:00pm

Witness for Peace is organizing a People-to-People licensed trip that will allow U.S. citizens to legally travel to Cuba. This trip is designed for people who are interested on learning about the Cuban people, their education programs, political and social history and their historical and fascinating colonial landmarks. Participants will gain insights into Cuba’s life-long education; primary, secondary and universities. People will also be able to stroll through World Heritage cities and experience the rich heritage of music and dance that Cuba is renowned for.           http://www.witnessforpeace.org/

 

Trip is for Sept 14 through 24, 2014. Deposit due to apply is July 14th 2014
