Why are you interested in the Transition movement?

Sustainable issues and organizations have always been an interest and a growing reality of today's world. But Transitions effort to bring multiple organizations together to work as one really caught my attention.

It is my experience that collaborative work can translate to some of the most successful work. And I hope and believe Transition Milwaukee's collaborative effort will be a success as well.

How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?

Through UW-Milwaukee and Mark Keane's Greening Milwaukee Class I will be working with Transition Milwaukee as the Urban Re-Design Project Planner.

What skills, talents, and resources do you bring to the Transition movement?

Working within SARUP, as well as the current UWM Design Assistant I have experience and education in sustainable issues and design.

Working as an Urban Re-Design Project Planner I believe my team leadership and communicative skills will be beneficial in connecting with the community and designers on current and future projects.
