Profile Information

Why are you interested in the Transition movement?
I feel compelled to find solutions to the current issues that threaten life on planet earth.
How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
I have written a cookbook and produce over 170 videos teaching how to become "the producer" instead of "the consumer," The book and website is My Whole Foods Kitchen. http://MyWholeFoodsKitchen.com.

I host a meet up in Pewaukee on Tuesday evenings at 7pm where we watch demonstration videos and plan the conversion of our kitchens to whole foods. Together we buy food, containers and appliances. Go to Meetups.com and look for Tere Foster.

I have recently begun a new project that will be a network of websites called Co-create Utopia.com to collect and organize links to every website I can find that is participating in the historic adventure of creative adaptability that characterizes the rising genius of this transitional generation.

Witness for Peace is organizing a People-to-People licensed trip that will allow U.S. citizens to legally travel to Cuba. This trip is designed for people who are interested on learning about the Cuban people, their education programs, political and social history and their historical and fascinating colonial landmarks. Participants will gain insights into Cuba’s life-long education; primary, secondary and universities. People will also be able to stroll through World Heritage cities and experience the rich heritage of music and dance that Cuba is renowned for.           http://www.witnessforpeace.org/
