Seasonal Cooking Class at Amilinda

Wellspring offers a series of cooking classes to inspire cooking with the produce that is at its peak in the growing season. In each class, a chef leads demos and tastings, while providing healthy cooking tips and recipes. Taste of Wellspring at Wellspring

Herbal Remedies for Winter Blues at Wellspring Education Center and Organic Farm

Many people experience the winter blues. Herbs can help to increase energy and to chase away the blues. Come and join us on June 17th, and learn about how US citizens can legally travel to Cuba with Witness for Peace

Location: Bay View Library

Time: 6:00pm

Witness for Peace is organizing a People-to-People licensed trip that will allow U.S. citizens to legally travel to Cuba. This trip is designed for people who are interested on learning about the Cuban people, their education programs, political and social history and their historical and fascinating colonial landmarks. Participants will gain insights into Cuba’s life-long education; primary, secondary and universities. People will also be able to stroll through World Heritage cities and experience the rich heritage of music and dance that Cuba is renowned for.           http://www.witnessforpeace.org/
