Response To New York Times Transition and Peak Oil Story

I gained a valuable insight from the recent New York Times article about Peak Oil and the Transition Movement, but this was not insight about the subject matter itself. Response to Bill McKibben's Talk at UEC

I want to preface my remarks by noting that Bill's Deep Economy changed the course of my life and I feel indebted to him for articulating a feeling about economic growth that I previously hadn't the words for. He does great work and I consider him a hero of the global climate change movement.
