It just provides a place for people in Tosa or nearby areas to 'congregate' online and from that other leaders may emerge.

The migration process (from the Transition Wisconsin site) has begun. I think it will be a gradual process, getting the neighborhood groups & members to switch. Meanwhile, I'm wondering whether you would like to start a neighborhood group for Tosa? (As a former Tosa resident, I'm thrilled to see what you're doing there!)
